Chad organized an innovative project to assist a volunteer non-profit organization that supports theatrical events for youth.  Under Chad’s leadership, Troop 20 worked on backdrops for “Pinocchio.”   Working on wooden panels Chad had helped design and fabricate, Troop members first primed the panels, and then used a projector to outline images onto the panels.  Next came the task of filling the outlines with special theatrical paint to create the colorful backdrops.  The full-day effort resulted in 9 panels being painted and gave the Scouts an opportunity to be involved in theater work.
